i think you should wear one of your bras that is a little too big for you and looses the straps, then make sure you line the inside with some really rough sandpaper or scrubbing pad. so everytime you move you bra will move also and rub your nipples. then druing your lunch break you should go to the bathroom for 5 mins and wear some closepins on your nipples
