If by caught you mean arrested, I'd go naked downtown and walk around. I don't care who catches me as long as I don't get in serious trouble.

I've done both.
In the hotel, naked at night? Walked down the hallway, down the stairs, filled the ice bucket and walked back.

I have done dares for myself of naked streaks and such where I planned not to be seen and at times where it was unlikely. Hotel hallway, hiking trails, late night at spots in town, public areas, monuments parks... all at times I wouldn't be seen or caught because getting caught would cause arrest.
