things you need:ginger 2 roots,very cold water,lemon
now crush the lemon juice in the water...and juice up the ginger. and pour it in the water. now filter the water and give yourself an enema with the water...
if you want it more cool then add some mint in it....
cinnamon can be added too....

now plug your ass an see how long you can hold it..

and if you want it more painfull instead of a plug use a ginger...

at the minimum you should keep it in for 2 mins
if u feel you are going to leak before the 2 mins then take a glass release in it and drink it.....
