Prep: buy marshmallows, and graham crackers

- wait until you feel a slight urge to poop
- roll 2 die. The number you get is the number of marshmallows to insert
- roll 1 die. 1-2 means you have to hold for 15 minutes, 3-4 hold for 30 minutes, 5-6 45 minutes
- freeze the marshmallows for 30 minutes
- insert them all anally
- once all inserted, start a timer. If you can hold it in for the amount of time you rolled on the one die, you win and can poop as you want
- if you cannot hold it in, poop yourself and use the graham crackers to enjoy some poop s'mores.

A nice snack to enjoy while watching football:

1 avocado
1 tomato
1 small clove of garlic
2tbsp lemon or lime juice
salt & pepper
poo (recommend size: chunk about the size of your thumb)

mash everything together in a blender or (if you like it chunky) use a fork.

get tortilla chips and enjoy your dip.

poo and feta fritters

1 cup plain flour
1 onion thinly sliced
1 tsp baking powder
200 gms feta crumbled
1 medium zucchini/courgette (grated)
1 medium log of poo
2 small eggs (beaten lightly)
salt & pepper

mix everything together.

fry in oil (shallow pan is okay) about 3 minutes each side.

serve with any kind of yoghurt dip

lasagna with poo is also delicious. just replace 1/3 to 1/2 of the regular filling (minced beef or veggie mix) with poo.

if you're lazy, get deep-frozen lasagna and prepare as instructed but about midtime of the heating process take the lasagna out of the oven/microwave, lift up the middle layer and put in slices of poo. put it back in the oven and continue...

"Coco"-nuts

Break your poop into several small balls, roll them in shredded coconut, then drizzle with melted chocolate.
Let it stand until the chocolate starts to harden again, and then enjoy.
