What to were
1.What your wering know
2.1 pair of underware
3.2 PAIR OF underware
4.As much pairs of tighty wighty's as you can
5.as much boxers and tighty wightys as you have
6.Underware over trousers.(girl bra as well!)

What to do
1.Pee self
2.Poo self
3.1&2
4.have a bath
5.have a shower
6.do 3 and 4/5

How long to wear them
1.1min
2.30min
3.1hour
4.6 hours
5.As long as you want
