500g rice pour it into a big bowl water included, once cooked add 250ml of orange juice, milk and cream.
one tub of low fat yoghurt, big scoop of goat cheese mix well now enjoy, you must eat it all before you can eat anything else.

You’re gonna eat some ramen! Instructions as follows:
1) Pee into a pot until you have about 2 cups.
2) Heat the pee to a boil.
3) Remove from heat and add ramen noodles.
4) Wait a couple minutes for noodles to soften.
5) Pour your ramen into the toilet. At this point you can add some flavoring if you want.
6) Eat your ramen from the toilet with no hands.

You must sit bare assed on a cake for 15 minutes before you next eat it without getting up. If you need to fart during this time then you must fart on the cake and still eat it.

2 different tins of soup, baked beans, pint of ice cream(500ml), pint of custard(500ml) all into a large bowl. now sit in it for 30 minutes bare bottomed.
After 30minutes put your clothes back on no cleaning up and eat as much as you can from the bowl the rest goes down your clothes nocleaning up for 24 hours.

cook 2-3 cans of baked beans [preferably all being different types e.g. classic, with sausages, curry etc]. then blend them to a smooth consistency then add chunks of vegi meat and tofu

1 tin of soup, a bowl of cereal with milk, 500ml of pee, 500g of pasta+the water used to cook it, add some high fibre bread about half a loaf and because i'm not a monster 1 whole chocolate cake at least 8 servings.

Mix it all up you can blend or just mush in a bucket up to you.

Buy 9 different types of canned food try and get a variety e.g soup beans tomatoes etc atleast one of the cans must be dog food
For the next 3 days you're going to randomly select your of your cans and mix them together to make your meals for the day.
