OK - thats good - so take your beans, scrape them out of your knickers and top and put them on a plate or large bowl. Put your knickers and top back on. You're going to mash them up a bit now (use a potato masher if you've got one, or another plate / laddle big spoon if you don't) once you've got the mixture a bit more "paste like" tip the plate over your head and give yourself a nice, nutritious sweaty-bean face pack and hair treatment.

Post back once your wearing your bean-paste for the follow up (you can rinse your hands before coming back of course, we don't want bean juice on the keyboard do we - but that's all).

OK - get two bananas - and peel them completely - your going to put as much into your mouth as you can at once and mash them up in your mouth for no more than 30 seconds- then spit out the banana mush into your knickers to make yourself a banana sandwich, keep going until you've got through both bananas.
