Barefoot on treadmill?

I know it's probably more common to run on a treadmill naked but of those people who also runs on it barefoot?

To me it sounds like it could be painful but I suppose if you're careful then there is no problem at all.

My mrs has recently bought some exercise equipment which she set up in our garage including a running machine which I use naked as I am trying to get rid of my middle age spread .I do have to be careful I dont dovtoo much because of my back so it may take many years .

Yeah I assumed that it would be very painful if you got it wrong. Although some people do do it.

it's funny because sometimes, i do run barefoot on my treadmill. i don't run barefoot on public treadmills at my local gym, but at the gym in my building, i needed a place to put my treadmill and they allowed me to put it in there (no one else can use it because i have the start key & code to it). i do it when my feet get really sweaty and i'm not a fan of my socks and shoes getting soaked, so i do run barefoot sometimes!

& no, it is not painful, at least for me. my treadmill has soft padding that was adapted for barefooted exercise but works great with shoes too!

That seems like sound logic, I didn't realise they made treadmills specifically for barefoot running.

I don't particularly take to working out naked, but when I used to have a treadmill I would run on it barefoot all the time. It was a plain old treadmill, and while it didn't particularly hurt in and of itself, if you had shitty posture or let your feet just slap on the thing I can imagine a bit of rug burn action going on there, which I myself am not partial to. I've since sold the thing though.

haha I have done a dare of recording me naked while running on a treadmill and nah man It don't hurt at all....well I spose if the tread was all worn and torn it might but otherwise no issue....Just a lot of things bouncing ...can hurt your balls if your unlucky enough lol

yeah, they do. they cost a shit ton of money, but i feel it was a good investment and i've had it for 2-3 years now, and when i don't want it anymore, i could easily sale it!

Do you mean naked and barefoot or just barefoot?

I dont know about other people, but i've tried it before and don't like it on the treadmill i have at least... It's has grip, so it makes too much friction on my feet and gets uncomfortable and would hurt if i did it for too long i would imagine.
