This was inspired by Rob's poll about who would you dare, and partially what I thought it was going to be until I actually read it.

Anyway, my hyopthetical is:
If you could dare anyone (someone you know, celebrity, your past or future self, an entire country, whomever) whom would you dare? What would you dare them?
