Just an idea I had.

You tell the person above something that has to pass for them to be able to pee.

Example: person above can't pee until they receive three text messages.

Or person must hold their bladder until they cook a meal. Or hear a dog barking.

It can be anything, a time period, amount of liquid to drink or something completely out of control.
