I think you need to start off each day my making your balls nice and tender. In addition to billyboys dare above, each day, when you wake up, roll two dice and give your balls that numbe of nice, firm whacks with a paddle or similar object (possibly back of a hair brush, heavy ruler, or book)

In addition, you should spend at least half a day this week with your balls tightly bound; use a shoelace or several or something similar to tie around the base of your balls.
