childhood punisment dares

I will be asking for the most terrible childhood punishment you have had that was within reason. ( i am sorry if anybody was abused, it's something that nobody should have gone through and I'm very sorry for your experience and my heart goes out to you)

So please list your worst punishment as a child that is within reason meaning it was a fair punishment that fit the crime here.

I will then compile this list and make a dare thread based on the responses posted here.

I will start

6 hours of line writing when i was 14 because of a bad thing i did in school

The worst wooden spoon spanking I could imagine on top of the cold stove/countertop when i was about 8 years old? (i still to this day think wooden spoons are awful but a good hairbrush is a close second)

Having every single toy taken away from me when i was 10 only allowed to play outside and read books.

And again when i was 12.

I'm interested to see what dare thread i could make based on the responses.

Not me, but my oldest brother got in trouble at school exactly once, and my father hit him on the back with an electrical cord when he got home from work. He only hit him once and he never used the cord for that again, but boy did it scare my brother straight!

One I remember clearly, the other not so much.

First one: I lied about going on a field trip to my mom, don't know why I didn't go, but I didn't get to. Came home and made up a fake story about it. Then I get told she got a call about me not going. Grounded for a month.

Second one: I did something I wasn't supposed to and my sister threatened to tell my parents. Got physical with my sister (inflicting pain) and just as my parents got home, she claimed she wasn't going to tell, but because of the physical harm, she was. Unknown punishment.
