It's been a whole, so I thought I might do one of these. From the 1st of September 2022, to the 1st of September 2023, I will follow (almost) any rules I am sent.

Obviously, they must be maintainable in the long run, so I will turn down some of them. I currently only have a chastity cage, and I do live with my parents, and plan on continuing to do so for the year.

Every even number month you must be in chastity for the whole month; you can remove for cleaning but must reapply after cleaning

I haven't spent long in chastity ever, the most I have done is 1 week, so I shall modify it it, so that the time builds up to a month.

I have also been given a different rule, which is that once I am in bed, I am not allowed to get up to go to the toilet, and I must do it in my bed if I must go.

Here’s a few for you:
Every Wednesday, you must drink all your piss for that day - if you are out keep an empty bottle with you to fill up.
Every Friday and Saturday night you must sleep with your ankles tied together
For your underwear, each day roll a dice:
1: clean underwear
2: same as yesterday, but inside out
3: same as yesterday
4: spend 10 minutes kneeling in the corner gagged with yesterday’s underwear, then put them on.
5: same as yesterday but back to front
6: wipe down the toilet with yesterday’s underwear, then put them on

On odd months, you may not use deodorant or soap on your arm pits. You will lick them clean each evening instead.
Every Monday, post in this thread one humiliating fact or experience about yourself
When you’re browsing getdare, you should be in your underwear
Whenever you cum (if you’re allowed to) it should go in your underwear and be worn the rest of the day.
Each week, you are only allowed 2 orgasms inside your home. The rest must be elsewhere.

Thank you for that wonderful list of rules. However, there are a few adjustments I would like to make.

The: 'On Wednesday drink all piss' rule, I don't think recycling for a whole day is too healthy for me. So on Wednesdays, I will be drinking my morning piss.

I would also like to clarify, by inside my house, does that include my garden?

That’s fine for piss Wednesdays. As long as you stay suitably hydrated throughout it’s ok though.

And for wiping the toilet I mean the rim and under the seat. Clean up any drops of piss on it.

New rule.

I have been given another rule, which is that at least 4 days a month (works out to once a week) I must wear and use diapers or pull-ups for the entire day, starting and ending at midnight. It is up to me when I choose to do these 4 days.

If I am wearing diapers, I may not use the toilet at all, however for pull-ups I may use the toilet to poop.

At the beginning of each month you will throw a die. If you make a 6 you have to shave a new part of your body for the rest of the year. To be done with this oder:
- armpits
- buttocks
- puces
- body
- legs.

Hi! I want to say, drinking morning piss is also not healthy, as it is very strong and rich with toxins. If I would adjust that rule, it would be: Every Wednesday, drink 2 glasses (500 ml) of pee.

I also like to contribute to your set of rules:

Every first Monday of a month, add a dare to the The Neverending Interactive Dice Dare, then roll for a dare, and perform the dare until the end of the month. Report about the dare in this very thread here. For every day late with the report (or starting the dare): 1h of consecutive butt plug (maximum of 3 days).
