How long to keep it in? Every time you go to the bathroom, you must do a hanging wedgie for 1 minute, leave it in and then continue the specified time of your wedgie.

Hang for how long? Multiply by two if you rolled for a regular hanging wedgie.

How long to keep it in? Every time you go to the bathroom, you must do a hanging wedgie for 10 minutes multiplied the number you previous rolled, leave it in and then continue the specified time of your wedgie.

3: Atomic Wedgie, leave it in for 10 minutes. If not possible, re-roll.
4: Side Wedgie - Have 2 people lift your underwear up on your left and right side. If not possible, re-roll.
5: Do a propeller wedgie, 20 twists.
6: Everything! (FAIL)
