Escalating Roulettes/Dares

Hello!

Does anyone know of any good faproulettes/dares/websites where the dare escalates depending on how slow/poorly you respond to it?

An example might be strip poker but with more serious consequences; or a quiz where every wrong answer is a further dare; or a faproulette where every failed dare makes the whole thing harder.

... if there's nothing of this sort, would anyone be interested in me making one?

I would suggest looking at dares by Sharkey6910, he's done a number that are progressive.
