Bladder control walk challenge
To start off, drink 3-4 glasses of water.
Then head somewhere where you can go for a long walk. Ideally you should be going for a walk of at least 15 minutes or longer. As soon as the urge to pee is close to unbearable you can start your walk. Every 15 steps, and without stopping, you need to relax your bladder and let out some pee. Keep doing this until the urge to pee is completely gone or until you have walked for 15 minutes. How good is your bladder control? Will you be able to only let out a few drips each time or will you end up losing control and soaking your self?

I have done similar walks. And always end up with a wet spot that was easily noticed. Problem is that I do this in a park and do get noticed.

I've done this twice now. The first time, I made it about 5 minutes before I lost control and ended up wetting myself pretty good. I was able to regain control, but the damage was already done, and I walked as quickly as possible back to my car. Second time I was able to maintain control the whole time, but still managed to create a fairly large wet spot.

Update: 15 steps is a very short amount of time, so roughly every 10 seconds you are wetting a little bit. After 5 ish minutes I was completely wet and had finished!
