Please give me rules to follow for the whole of 2014

Make me feel as submissive as possible

Please include:

1. Pee control
2. Daily spanking

You can also add anything not in my limits

Here are a few rules.
1. For the entire year, you are only to piss during an hour with a 2 in it. So you may only pee at 12 am, 2 am, 12 pm, and 2 pm.

2. Everyday for the entire year you are to spank your self the day of the year. For example, Jan 1 will be one spank, jan 2 will be 2 spanks, Feb 1 will be 32 spanks and so on unitl Dec 31 where you will spank yourself 365 times.

3. One day a week you will sleep on your bathroom floor. I don't care what day it is and it does not have to be the same day each week, just pick one day a week.

5 days a week you must be in a wedgie for at least an hour. A different one each day. (You may reuse throughout the year, but none the same in a week)

For next year if you want to pee, you have to be sitting only, can't do it standing up.

For the rest of the year you must freeze a bottle of pee once per week. At the end of the week you must drink the whole thing.
