Good evening.

I'm wanting to become a Hucow and start to encourage lactation manually, I'm also looking for anyone who has expertise in this area.
Looking for titty and nipple tortures, don't have access to much.

Best ways are to either:
- get pregnant (I'm guessing this one is out of the question)
- or stimulate breasts and tits for 20-30 minutes 8 times a day, while drinking lactation tea twice a day
You shouldn't be doing any chemical birth control (pills, patches, implants, ...) while inducing lactation as well.

So, I suggest setting up a scheme for having nipples sucked.
Ideally this should be done by another person, alternating nipples every 3 hours.
You can use a breast pump as well if areolas are well lubricated and if simulating suction/release like a baby would do.
Just a little suction will do, don't try to overdo.
I don't recommend titty torture as you are asking for either.

Off course a good hucow can't be touching her privates.
I won't deny cumming, but you shouldn't without getting a bull to ride you.
Also, any sex will have to be done doggystyle from now on. (or should I say cowstyle?)
