Get some alligator clips from your local hardware store and put them on your nipples. Super painful I might add

Tie two pencils together by rubber band on both end of the pencil. Now pull them apart and slide your nipples in between. Now twist the tight pencils. Count the twist on each nipple. Do this three time. Each time increase the number of twists then the last time. Report back.
