I got an idea based on a faproulette. Each people in give task to the previous one with limits given by dice roll. You roll them and tell the result, and give a task for the people above. you can ask a task by categorie in the given limits :

A Oral :
1-5) just nice sucking
6-9) deepthroats
0) all you want

B CBT :
1-5) soft, slapping, queezing...
6-9) hard, with objets...
0) all you want

C Anal :
1-5) only fingering
6-9) with objets...
0) no anal

D Pain :
1-5) soft, clothes pins, spanking
6-9) hard, he can suffer a little
0) as much as you want
