You can post naked images, you can have your own private site and post naked images, that is not against the law.

It is the regulation of those images that is hard. If you post them yourself then you accept that you are doing it out of your own will and are abiding by the lwas of that country. However if you post them on a site which is regulated (i.e. getdare) then it would be up to the owner to check ages ect. Which is far too much hassle.

That is why certain sites charge, and why sites liek faceparty check evry single photo before they get published. (incase something posted is not within their terms and conditions, or the law)
