Sissy in gross diaper predicament...hardcore dares?

So I've been trying to push my boundaries with diapers a bit. Right now i'm about to go to bed in an extremely full diaper (5l kinda one worn from 11am to midnight) after inserting 3 suppositories and holding everything in for the day. The outcome is...well im sure its gonna be kinda gross.

Normally in a situation like this i would probably last about 5-10 minutes before running to the bathroom and ditching the diaper. This time however i thought i'd do what the deviants here say i should.

I have basic bondage gear (rope, cuffs, ankle restraints, gags, collar), cross dressing clothes (tights, panties, dresses, ballerina outfit, makeup, wig, heels), chastity device, butt plug and various household jazz.

I will post reports and maybe pics if dares are feasible.
