Irock23 exercises Add thread

I am making an add tread so I can get in shape. You will be able to post 3 keywords every two hours unless if someone else posts. I will stop accepting keywords on Monday November, 6th at 11:59pm GMT.

Keywords:
Push - 5 pushups
Squat - 5 Squats
Burp - 5 Burpee's
Wall - 2 min wall sit
Jump - 15 jumping jacks

Goals:
100 posts: I will do all exercises naked or in only girls cloths
200 posts: put clothespins on nipples for all wall sits
300 posts: every post is worth double
400 posts: triple every post and were clothespins or binder clips for all activities
