Food Control Dice Dare
Hey Angels.
So, this will probably be of niche interest but I'll quickly explain why I've made this. Ya gal needs to lose some weight, she's stagnating just under 170 right now and is BORED of dieting - so, doing it as a dare might make it a little more fun. You'll probably like this if you get off on life control (which is certainly something I'm interested in exploring) or just want to mix up your eating habits. Quick disclaimer before we begin: please be careful especially if you have a history of eating disorders, don't do anything detrimental to your health, don't eat anything that may make you poorly, and if you feel ill or faint STOP! For each round, I want you to roll a six sided dice, and we'll see what happens. If anything conflicts, roll again. If you have dietary requirements that interfere already, roll again. If something is a limit of yours, roll again. You will be adhering to these rules for: 1. Two DaysYou are not allowed to eat any: 1. MeatAt least once per day, you must eat: 1. A glass of iceAt least once per day, you must drink: 1. A green smoothieWater is VERY important, so you must drink per day: 1. One LitreLets make this a little more public: 1. You can only eat if someone else is aroundFasting is something we should all try, so you can: 1. Only eat after 11amCan you snack during this period of time? 1. YesWe should make this a little sexual, so: 1. You must orgasm before you eatIf you stop before the time ends, or if you ignore the rules, there has got to be some punishments. I thought I should probably do my own dare. Here are my rolls:
2 - Doing this for one week (okay, manageable) 5 - No beige food (goodbye fries) 5 - Must eat something which isn't a food everyday (...interesting) 3 - Must drink 3 litres of water a day (okay!!!) 2 - Post a daily log of food (looks like I'm blogging this, guys) 6 - Fast until 3pm (this is going to KILL ME) 4 - No snacks (RIP) 2 - Must orgasm after eating (three orgasms a day? nice) I'm going to start this tomorrow, wish me luck! Hey - at least I can still eat chocolate, providing it forms part of a meal. The fasting until 3pm is horrific - I'm going to be drinking so much coffee in the morning to stop those hunger pangs.
