Looking for denial? Assuming you've a computer in your room log on to a site that sells steel chastity belts -MySteel for instance. Whenever you leave your room leave that site showing till you return. And make a pic of an F belt your wallpaper.

Not really into proper denial, I like an orgasm that feels earned though...
