I’m assuming you’re on Teams or similar?

Every time there’s a message on a channel, put the egg on low for 10 seconds
Every time there’s a message to a group chat you’re in, put it on medium for 7seconds
Every time there’s a message sent to you directly, put it on high for 3 seconds.

If they use your name or @ you, add 2 seconds at which ever level applies

We use Teams but it is always very quiet, I don’t think I will have any messages until the end of the day

In that case, every time you go 10 minutes with no activity at all, you can have 5 seconds on medium.
