I did check up for Canada under that link and, unfortunately, the list is very short and the few laws listed there are billed as "canadian laws". But in Canada, the provinces are independent of each other in the justice & law system. So for ex., some things may be legal in Quebec but illegal in Ontario, etc.

Silly English laws.

- Eating mince pies on Christmas Day is an offence.
- All English males over the age of 14 are to carry out 2 hours of Longbow practice a week supervised by the local clergy.
- In Liverpool, it is illegal for a woman to be topless in public unless she's a clerk in a tropical fish store.
- It is an act of treason to place a postage stamp bearing the British king or queen's image upside-down.
- Any person found breaking a boiled egg at the sharp end will be sentenced to 24 hours in the village stocks.
- It is illegal for a lady to eat chocolates on a public conveyance.

This is a good list of silly laws in different states in the USA.
