The idea for this one is not that complicated:

1st person declares a forfeit, with a time and special rules

2st person declares that they're in

Loser must do the forfeit... but if they do it within the time and following all the rules, they get to make it worse, and force the winner to do it, with harder times and rules. The catch is, if the winner also completes it perfectly, the cycle starts again, with the dare getting harder and harder!
