This will require some preparation, but I think it will be worth it.

Take a round, stiff bristled hairbrush. Coat the bristles with toothpaste. Get as much on inside the bristles as you can. Place it in a condom full of water so the bristles are covered and when frozen you'll have a smooth object. When frozen coat the exterior in hot sauce and sprinkle large grain salt on it. Again place in condom with water so the hot sauce will be covered by a thin layer of ice.

Once frozen, you're ready. It's easy, now just fuck your ass until there is absolutely no ice left. Enjoy!
