Ok hi guys this is my very first post so dnt get mad if it isn't good lol (the challenge goes on for a week)

ok on to the basic rules
rule 1: you must wear panties at least 3 days a week
rule 2: you must put on VERY faint makeup so noone can see it or you can put on heavy makeup but that is your choice.
Rule 3: You are not allowed to cut your hair for 6 weeks before doing this challenge and if you have you HAVE to wear a wig (it can be any senible one)
Rule 4 (optional) for 5 days during the week you must put a ice cube coloured red with food colouring up your ass to simulate your period (tampons optional)
Rule 5: at least twice this week when you are comfortable or alone you have to remove all male clothing and put on a hotly outfit (panties and bra essentially)
Rule 6: for at least 5 days of the week you must wear a girly outfit under your normal male clothing
Rule 7: You are not allowed to masterbate during this month because well girls can't. Also no just girl porn the porn you watch must contain at least 1 guy and no that dosent count the camera man.
Rule 8: for a week you mist wear tights or stockings under your trousers (just don't wear shorts!!)
Rule 9: if you are going out with someone ask them to be the man of the releationship for the week (manily for older peoe for "special" times)
Rule 10: Final rule this is a must. At least once ine the week you have to walk to the end of any street (dosent have to be yours) completely crissdressed (this can be done at night) and try to pass as a girl. If you do this vorrectalky then try again a little earlier and keep going till you can pass as a girl completely! (when you are doi g thus you must be wearing at least panties, stuffed bra and make up at least a medium amount of makeup.

Quick note I am a straight male crissdresser (dnt do it much jst occassionally and wear girl clothes outside but make it look like male clothes like once I walked outside with a black blouse but everybody thought it was a type of jacket lol.
