Clothes to wear
1. Jeans w/ tight belt
2. Shorts
3. Sweatpants
4. 3 layers of underwear
5. Diaper
6. 1&5

Where to hold
1. Bed
2. Bath/Shower
3. Toilet
4. Outside
5. Chair
6. Anywhere while standing

How much to drink
1-3: 500ml
4-6: 1000ml

Wait for 30mins after drinking, or until you feel like peeing

Roll #1
1 & 2. Relax for 10 seconds as if you were going to the bathroom
3 & 4. Drink a large gulp of water
5 & 6. Wait 10 minutes

Wait 5 minutes until the next roll

Roll #2
1. Wait 10 minutes, then go back to Roll#1
2 . 2 gulps of water
3 & 5. Relax for 10 seconds as if you were going to the bathroom
4. Wait 20 minutes and skip roll#3
6. Push into your bladder for 30 seconds

Drink 3 gulps of water and wait 5 minutes before the next roll

Roll #3
1 & 5. Drink 3 gulps of water
2. Go back to Roll#2
3. Relax for 15 seconds as if you were going to the bathroom
4 & 6. Wait 10 minutes, then let go of your bladder until the first drop starts to come out

Either do 15 push-ups or 25 crunches before the next roll

Roll #4
1 & 3. Relax for 10 seconds, then go back to Roll#3
2 & 5. Relax for 25 seconds as if you were going to the bathroom
4 & 6. Drink 3 gulps of water, wait 10 minutes, then relax your bladder for 10 seconds

Did you make it dry all the way?
Here are some punishments for those who weren't so fortunate

1. Stay in your wet clothes for 2 hours
2. Don't take your wet clothes off until you've wet them again
3 & 4. Don't take your wet clothes off until you've pooped in them
5. You can't pee for 3 more hours
6. Don't take off your wet clothes until you cum while wearing them

Was scrolling through some older threads and found this one I like so I tried it.
I rolled 3, 5, 5 so I got on some black sweat pants, and drank my water, then waited 30 mins after the time I finished the water while sitting in my chair at my computer.
I got 3 so I took my big gulp and waited 5 minutes. At this point with my small bladder I felt the need to go. I rolled a 1 which gave me 10 more minutes of waiting then sent to step 1 where I rolled a 5, meaning I had to wait more. I rolled a 2 and got to take two gulps of water. Then I rolled a 6, which would be my downfall. As soon as the first drop came out it all came out so much that I couldnÂ’t stop it. I rolled a 2 in punishment and had to start drinking up to piss a second time. Not too long after I did. My sweatpants absorbed much more than I thought they wood but I was still left with a puddle I had to clean up. Very embarrassing and fun to have to piss twice to get out of my wet clothes.
