Thank you for your message! It’s great to hear from someone with real experience. So a lot more goes into lactating than I thought to be honest. Definitely open to give this a shot, what would you recommend? And also, were you pregnant?

Another time bump from me.

I do agree from my meagre knowledge that frequency is more important than length of time necessarily (to induce, at least. Once you get there, I wouldn't know, but presumably a mixture is important for both). But feel free for the first week or so to ease into it to get used to the idea and feeling, maybe...?

For the love of lactating breast, here is one from me.

A lot of people are onboard now and want to see a positive result. From what I know, you will mostly need some estrogen supplements to create a hormone level that's present during pregnancy.

But I suggest, definitely talk to a doctor. I am sure and know that breast milk can be induced.( A lot of mothers who adopt do it ). So if you really wanna do it then Go visit the doc.
