after every edge rest for 30 seconds, during those 30 seconds pinch your nipples
If your nippels don't hurt after edge 100 you didn't pinch hard enough en gave to start over.
Do all 100 in one session, of you need to stop for any reason start completely over

50 more edges as follows:

For the first 40 edges, you will stand in a corner for 2 minutes after each and every edge. Use a timer of some sort, no cheating allowed.

As for the last 10 edges, you must choose a slave position to get in and hold for 3 minutes after each and every edge. Again, no cheating. In a reply tell us the 10 positions you choose and how well you completed them.

I have got 250 to go and here is my report for it The first one was Sit and did this quite well the second on was Kneeling and did this really well the third on was Expose and did this on good enough the fourth on was Kneel Back and found this the
Most challenging on to do the fifth on was floor and did this well the sixth on was Crouching Expose and did this not so well the seventh was Submit and was struggling and did this in some pain the ninth on was Wall and did this one good enough and the last on was Present and did this on not so well but I did do all ten for 3 minutes
