I don’t Dom often, but when I do it’s to dish out serious pain on a guy to relieve some of my pent up anger.

I do enjoy squeezing a guys balls in my hand seriously hard until he’s close to tears. Something about just how helpless they are when I do it.

Other aspects of cbt don’t really interest me though
