Read the instructions for your role and then go to the bottom to find out how long you have to regress! Improvise as best you can if you don’t have something

BABY

Clothes/accessories
1 diaper (improvise if you don’t have any. Tying extra fabric around yourself just to get the bulky effect is acceptable)
2 diaper and rattle (or a spoon)
3 diaper and a binky
4 diaper and socks
5 diaper and bonnet (wear a hat and tie strings around it and under your chin)
6 diaper and bib (scarf or handkerchief around your neck

Activities
1 crawl
2 chew on things
3 mess your diaper (putting something messy in it counts if waste is a limit)
4 make baby sounds
5 drink from a bottle (you can use a water bottle but just suck on it a lot)
6 eat baby food or applesauce

TODDLER

Clothes/accessories
1 diaper
2 diaper and childish shirt
3 childish underwear
4 childish underwear and childish shirt
5 diaper and carry a blankie
6 childish underwear and carry a blankie

Activities
1 play with toys
2 play the floor is lava
3 eat childish snacks and play with it
4 eat something messy and get it all over your hands and face
5 watch cartoons
6 listen to childish music

CHILD

Clothes/accessories
1 childish shirt and shorts
2 shirt, shorts, and pigtails
3 shirt and skirt with childish panties
4 childish dress and pigtails
5 shirt, skirt, and pigtails
6 any childish clothes, pigtails, and terribly done makeup (like when you’re 6 and get play makeup that you and your friends smear all over your faces)

Activities
1 cartoons
2 the floor is lava
3 coloring
4 eating childish snacks (play with it just a little)
5 play dress-up
6 roll again and do two of the above

TEEN

Clothes/accessories
1 youthful dress, hair and makeup
2 youthful blouse and skirt
3 swimsuit (preferably bikini)
4 as close to a school uniform as you have
5 bra and underwear
6 t-shirt and underwear

Activities
1 social media
2 homework
3 cheerleading
4 get spanked with a ruler for misbehaving in class
5 dance to music
6 write “I will obey the teacher” 100 times

DURATION FOR ALL
1 one hour
2 two hours
3 three hours
4 for as long as you’re home alone
5 spend only a few minutes on your activities then do the dare again
6 four hours
