I've tried this one myself and I can tell you it's really flipping frustrating!

Materials needed:
-Water Bottle Lid
-Vibrator that isn't super powerful (a bullet works great)

Start by placing the water bottle lid between your pussy lips, directly over your clit. This will make it hard to get direct stimulation and near impossible to cum. Set a timer. Now get that vibrator out and get to work. No matter how much you play you will likely not be able to cum. You can try pushing really hard which might help with the stimulation but the edges of the lid will really dig into your sensitive bits down there. I eventually did! It took me about 20 minutes. I kept wanting to push it harder against myself but the rough edges of the metal cap hurt. It was like a beer or cooler type cap
