I have soooooo much trouble with bladder infections…. But it’s fine with diapers its fine for me ofc good basic hygiene is the key and after messing (yes poo) i always clean myself very well and use pubic shower gel

And so far im good with that but never wore it long term

And my guess (correct me if im wrong) there are not soooo many bacteria when you change regularly and dont use your used disper over hours and hours and days

I normally get UTIs frequently just wearing regular fabric underwear. As long as I don't mess, and as long as I don't do anything sexual other than a vibrator in my diaper, I don't get them ever. Anytime I've messed, I get a UTI no matter whether I cleaned up immediately and/or washed up too. I'm just highly prone to UTIs, unlike most people. It runs in my family. If you are keeping yourself clean - wiping down yourself, not just your belt, when cleaning, you will be completely fine.
