Being barefoot as part of submission (for girls)

I really enjoyed making my ex sub stay barefoot. She was barefoot mostly at home and sometimes in public so I wonder if other sub girls had similar experiences. I'm mostly interested in rules and tasks that involved being barefoot as part of their submission/ training. You can talk freely about your experiences or answer the following questions:

1) Have you ever been made to stay barefoot? If yes, when and where?

2) Were there any rules about being barefoot at certain occasions?

3) Were you made to be barefoot in public? If yes please provide some information about the setting, people's reactions etc.

4) Have you ever been made to walk barefoot in difficult conditions e.g. mud, snow, hot sand, gravel/ rocks? If yes how it felt and what made it difficult for you?

5) Have you ever been punished for wearing footwear when not allowed? What was your punishment?
