Roll a dice to pick direction: 1-2=1st; 3-4=2nd; 5-6=3th.
Roll 2 more for on the road.

Get ready dressed into sexiest bikini you own, low cut crop top, micro shorts, footwear and the watch.

Jog for 15 minutes (or 1/4 route), then according to 2nd dice:

2) 1) Remove bottoms, leave clothes and continue barefooted
2) 2) Remove bottoms, edge 3 times and continue after leaving clothes
2) 3) Leave clothes and continue
2) 4) Continue barefooted
2) 5) Edge twice, then continue
2) 6) Gain 1 item of clothing by edging twice while naked, and/or continue

3) 1) Remove bikini, leave clothes and continue
3) 2) Remove top, leave clothes and continue
3) 3) Edge 3 times while naked, leave clothes and continue barefoot
3) 4) Continue barefooted
3) 5) Edge twice, then continue
3) 6) Gain 1 item of clothing by edging 3 times while naked, and/or continue

4) 1) Remove bottoms, leave clothes and continue
4) 2) Remove shorts, leave clothes and continue
4) 3) Leave clothes and continue
4) 4) Edge 3 times while naked, then continue barefooted
4) 5) Edge twice, then continue
4) 6) Gain 1 item of clothing by edging twice while naked, and/or continue

5) 1) Continue zerokini, barefoot and leave clothes
5) 2) Continue monokini, leave clothes
5) 3) Continue monokini
5) 4) Continue bikini, leave clothes
5) 5) Edge 4 times while naked, then continue
5) 6) Gain 1 item of clothing by edging 4 times while naked, and/or continue

6) 1) Continue zerokini and leave clothes
6) 2) Strip to monokini, then continue
6) 3) Remove tops, leave clothes and continue
6) 4) Continue in bikini, barefoot
6) 5) Continue in bikini + shorts, leaving clothes
6) 6) Continue after edging 5 times while naked

Jog for another 15 minutes (or 3/4 route),
Then you can get dressed again (if carrying clothes) and finish your jog.

If left any clothes behind, you can pick them up again by making a second lap, and getting dressed where you left them.

You are not supposed to leave footwear behind, should that be unclear, but you can do so if easier.
And to make things even more fun: you can't edge multiple times at same spot, you must move for at least 10 feet.

you want something simple...
Map out a 1 mile route, a loop is best. Go to the start fully clothed carrying a watch or phone with a timer. I am going to guess you can do a mile in 7 minutes. Take off your top, start the timer and run. So every 2 minutes stop and take off an article of clothing; shorts, bra, panties, and drop it on the ground (or a car or bush if by one) wherever you are Then keep running. On the 2nd lap, if you get back to your shirt before you have to take off your panties you may put your clothes back on as you complete the lap, otherwise collect them and put them all on when you finish the 2nd lap.

I did it...
I didn't make it in time to get dressed either. I took off the sports bra and started... 2 minutes I took off my shorts... 2 more I took off my thong... I ran the last lap holding my clothes and OMFG... I was so scared and wet... it was crazy...
