I dont think its too much of a problem. In my opinion youre never too young to grow up. There isnt any real 'bad' content on this site that doesnt get moderated someway or another.

Eh, Live and let live in my opinion. Think, raising it to 16 isnt going to stop people from joining the site who are underaged, its only going to promote lying about their age.

There is nothing illegal about this site, Lokelake. Take your argument elsewhere, as it has no evidence of illegality. There is no way to actually combat someone lying about age.

When I joined here four years ago, at the tender age of 14, it was a much more innocent site. Sexual dares did exist, but they were far from as prevalent then as they are today. Today every other dare involves masturbation and every story on here is treated as whacking material.

The only reason the age limit right now is 13 is because of COPPA, but I honestly believe this has become a much more pornographic site, simply because of the nature of many discussions. Look at the "truths" page. Almost every set involves with sex, losing your virginity, and jacking off. Now, we could do the same thing in the other forums we did in the TorD Stories section and add a "Mature" subsection, but who's really to say what is and is not mature.

I do agree with lokelake: this site needs an older age restriction. Anyone currently under at least 16 or 17 can be grandfathered in, but no one else from this point onwards.

But I'm also of the mind that much of our good material has come from people >16 years old. I've been witness to that too. I don't rightly know. I think it's up to the judgement of the user as to what is too graphic for them and what is appropriate. I don't really read any of the "Mature" stories personally.

Bare butt's are shown on movies on Television. Public Television is free, and accessible by anyone. Bare butt's are also shown in PG13 movies, namely, The Break Up. Jennifer Aniston's bare bottom was shown. Therefore, that is not illegal.

Asses are seen all the time in PG-13 films. Just because it's nudity does not make it porn.

Still no one has given me a way to verify age. I feel that increasing the minimum age would encourage more people to lie about their ages, increasing the number of people who lie on the internet. Just leave it as it is. If it's not hurting anyone notably, and its not illegal, its fine.

People moon other people all the time. There is something against public indecency, and that can fall under it in certain cases. You ignored my point that bare bottoms are shown in PG 13 movies.

Uhhhh no. I completely addressed your point. That was what my whole post was about. I have done it before, and not been arrested. Now, in European societies, nudity is not seen as sexual at all times. Showing a bare bottom is merely nudity. It has a sexual undertone here, but still, it is harmless. I'm sure almost any teenager has seen a bare bottom other than their own, whether on TV, a movie, or in real life.

I understand its wrong. I'm not saying its right, but there is no law against posting a bare ass picture on a website. Bare asses have been shown in multiple forms on media, and there is nothing against that. I'm pretty sure if you don't like it, you wouldn't do it, so take your argument elsewhere.
