Can't get kik dice to work

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this....

I can't seem to get the kik dice to work properly. What exactly do you type into kik to get it to do a roll for you? Do you have to be in a group chat?

Thanks in advance for any help from this amazing community

We really should sticky a thread discussing the kik roll bot being defunct and listing alternatives with how many threads here mention it

Ragebot can roll.

So when you're chatting with someone and you want to roll:
-Tap their username to view their profile
-Tap "Start a Group with [name]"
-Start typing "rage" into the box and check the autocomplete suggestions.
-Choose any of the "project_rage" profiles

You'll now be in a group with Rage and the other person.

Use it the same as the old roll bot, except without the @ sign.

Roll d6, Roll 2d12, etc

Enjoy!

Alternatively, give up on kik and join Telegram! See the post linked in my sig for why and how...
