Put as much of the vib in your pussy then put on a tight pair if underwear lastly turn the vib on. You can not turn off the vib unit you can comfortably fit it in you...

Measure the furthest you can insert it... you now have 7 days to improve that by 1 inch, if you can't get it an inch further then on the 8th day you will lube it with toothpaste and fuck yourself as far as you can for 17 minutes
