I don't see any limits so you have to hold pee for 6h.if you cannot hold, you have to pee standing up on toilet with you panties on. If not your limits lick clean the messy you did on the toilet seat

When you need to pee, hold as long as you possibly can then go to the room farthest from the bathroom and set a 15 minute timer. You are to continue holding during the timer while standing completely still with legs spread shoulder width. If you succeed waiting out the timer and not leaking at all you are to walk slowly to the bathroom and relax your bladder on the way there. If you make it to the toilet dry you may pee in the toilet, however if you leak at any point you are to release your bladder and pee where you are how you are. You are to repeat this until you succeed however each new hold cycle you must add 5 minutes to each hold period to a maximum of 1 hour..
