Little dressed in a group for a day

Last year in spring I spent a day in the zoo. When arriving in the car park, next to me a young couple was just getting out or their car. Her outfit was really stunning. Below a jeans, but above, her slim body and her small breasts were just covered by a little bandeau-like top that left her shoulders and her arms completely uncovered. The top was slightly cropped, showing her belly button. In the morning temperatues were still below 20C. It looked like she was cold but she didn't take anything more with her when leaving the car.

Some moments later they were joined by another couple. The other girl was far more covered by a shirt and a jacket. It was amazing as you could see in the face of the shoulderfree girl that she really didn't feel comfortable with the situation. But obviously there was no way back for her and she had to stay like this for the whole day.

Our ways crossed several more times during the day. Temperatures didn't rise very far this day (say, 20C) and she was the only one being significantly dressed too little, in her group and regarding the weather.

We will never know the background. I wonder what she told her friends, I'm sure they asked her. Maybe it was a forfeit, or her boyfriend talked her into that outfit, or she simply overestimated the temperatures. Secretly I envied her.
