Where's the "all of the above" option? Most of those are daily things, I'd say if you really wanted to show your roommate how badly you wanted to improve your ass, you should happily do all of those.

I voted "be plugged every day for at least 12 hours", but, IMO, should be specified that the 12 hours shouldn't include sleeping time, for the reason that while sleeping she isn't aware of being plugged, and this makes it less effective and less safe.
