Before you answer, I think that the play of the dare will be much much better if the passages are rolled one by one. You won't know what the second passage is until the first one has been written. Example: suppose that the 9th of 12 is gastly. If you known this at the start you have time to gather your thoughts and reason. You will either decide to dash it all or commit to the whole deal. But if you don't know until after you have written the majority of them you will experience the surprise. You will not so likely end the dare right there.

I don't think that any of these are really gastly. I am writing this because it applies to a huge class of dares. The rolling should be done during the play rather than all rolled before.

You may want to ask if someone will roll for you in some instant message system or while watching you on a webcam.
