3.)Jock lock - kicking and struggling for 20 minutes. No hands to escape-

underwear and 5 in the back. Then tie it to something so your in a hanging wedgie and stay there till the ice melts.

Tie your feet to the bottom of a bed, and lie down on your stomach. Give yourself a wedgie, then tie it off to the top of the bed. Tighten it until you can't move up or down at all, then tie your hands behind you. Stay like that for 30 minutes.
