How do you stay healthy?
I stay healthy by eating fresh vegetables each day, if you count vegetables of max three days old as fresh ones too. Plus exercising at least once per two days.

How do you stay healthy? I run about 3 miles, 5 times per week, try to eat reasonably healthy, if the weather isn't conducive to running I go to the gym to lift weights instead, and also do some pushups, situps, and crunches most days.
