Sandpaper bra

I've heard of the sandpaper bra being used as a punishment. What exactly does it do my friend is curious to trying it and I just want to make sure its pretty much okay to try before she does it. I don't want her to hurt her self to much.

I'd only go for a very fine grit. You're probably better off using scouring pads - for a first-timer, I'd suggest the plastic ones.
