500ml milk, chocolate syrup and a very ripe banana to start with.

use a dildo to blend the mixture up - NO large pieces of fruit left.

if you are confident there are no large pieces left, squirt whipped cream in and hold for 1 min before release.

you must show the smoothie to your mistress who can decide if it is blended enough. If not - it must go back it for another go. Add squirty cream + 1 min each time before release

Recipe:
6oz of juice
10 ice cubes
3oz hot sauce
8 large marshmallows
1 squirt of toothpaste

All that goes into your ass one by one. Then you are to spin yourself in circles to mix everything up for 2 minutes. Then use a dildo to make sure everything is mixed thoroughly before sucking it clean with your mouth. Plug your ass until the ice is fully melted before drinking, enjoy.
